I am a thirty-something Adelaidean, wife & mother of one daughter, and professional marketer in the wine industry.
My hobbies include renovating houses, socialising, tennis, spending time with family, online shopping and photography – I actually take a photo every day and make them into a book each year – my feed is on flickr.
Beyond photography the digital world has always interested me but I finally decided it was the time to get the fingers on the keyboard (and eye behind the lens) to publish some of my experiences – for anyone interested to check it out.
I have also lived in both Melbourne and Sydney and thoroughly enjoyed their culture and lifestyle but having returned to Adelaide also enjoy what old “Radelaide” has to offer – and yes, we are getting there. The aim of this blog is to share my experiences across food, events and ‘out and about’ to hopefully encourage some of you to also do the same in our great city.
Always told I am brutally honest, I guess that is a good thing for a blog… So it will be about what Hay-Says.
I look forward to interacting with you and thanks for visiting.

P.s. A shout out to two amazing friends, both called Kate – one always inspires me digitally and the other convinced me to finally get off my bum and do this. Thanks lovely ladies.
